Shipping charges

All shipping charges are for the continental United States only. Shipping charges outside this region are handled on a per-order basis.

International purchasers: we will contact you by email with additional shipping charges before shipment.

Cancellation policy

All orders can be canceled up to the point of shipment.

Money back guarantee and refund policy

All merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the receipt of product(s) for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply. These terms apply to all refunds.

Customers must inform EPAKS, Inc. of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.

Defective, damaged and/or incorrect shipments

Any incorrect and/or damaged shipments can be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the receipt of product(s). A return authorization number is required for all returns of this nature.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All credit cards will be charged by EPAKS, Inc.
